Upcoming Craft Show....

Here's the flyer for my next show. I'm looking forward to this as:

• 1. It will be another opportunity for me to sell my jewelry and hopefully establish a customer base.

2. I'll get to meet more of the members of the Etsy Street Team that I belong to: EtsyRain.

There are a couple of other shows on the horizon - one that I'm coordinating with a couple of friends and hopefully, another BIG art show in Tacoma.

I'll keep you posted once I know more.

An interesting fact: This is my most viewed picture on my Flickr site. It's been viewed 23 times since I posted it on Saturday - April 5th. Now if I could only generate this must interest to my Etsy or iCraft shop I'd be happy and probably have a fatter bank account.

This picture was taken at the Olympic Game Farm in Sequim, WA. It's a sweet and somewhat sad picture of one of the most feared creatures in the woods - reduced to begging for scraps. He's working real hard and giving me his best to get a slice of stale bread tossed in his direction. I wanted to take him home with us but Amar wouldn't let me. :)

Hello...

Yeah, I know - it's been awhile since my last post. It's been a busy few days - I've been out and about promoting my web, spending time at my jewelry bench...yes...finally some time creating jewelry. That activity that I like to do that started this project. Man, it felt great to sit at my bench and work. I was working on those soldered pendant things you see everywhere - mostly I made a mess of things. I just don't understand how my first pendant turned out so well and the others that have followed looked so bad. Hence the picture of the aquamarine earrings that are accompany this post. ;)

What else have I been up to? I opened up my business checking and savings account. I got my checks - my goal is to stay in business long enough to use up all the checks in my first check order (all 1,000 of them). I got to tell you that was pretty exciting for me. Also, I've got a couple of things in the works that could be very exciting if I can bring them to fruition - they aren't firmed up just quite yet but when they are I'll tell you about them.
